Local community partnerships
Saputo Dairy Australia (SDA) is proud to be a national donor of Foodbank Australia.
In September 2019, we were pleased to sign a three-year agreement to continue our dairy product donations to help communities in need and address the issue of food insecurity.
Our Devondale milk donations are distributed by Foodbank every week to hungry Australians, including school breakfast clubs to feed students. We donate additional dairy products as needed, including for Foodbank’s bushfire emergency and COVID-19 food relief programs.
We believe in building healthier communities and promoting healthy lifestyle habits. Working with Foodbank means we can help support over 2,400 front line charities, local community organisations and over 2,500 schools across the country.

Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation
Saputo Dairy Australia (SDA) is pleased to be partnering with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation (SAKGF) to help provide children with skills and experiences that can lead to positive food behaviours throughout their life. In October 2019, SDA signed a three-year agreement to become the sole Professional Development Partner of SAKGF.
SAKGF is a not-for-profit charity that supports educators to deliver pleasurable food education to children across Australia. Pleasurable food education teaches children to grow, harvest, prepare and share fresh, seasonal, delicious food to form positive food habits for life. A key element of this support is providing professional development to educators, teachers and specialist at over 2,000 Australian schools and services delivering the SAKG Program.
Our contribution will be used by the SAKGF to increase its capacity to deliver professional development to more educators across urban and regional areas. The partnership reflects the heart of the Saputo values, which is our commitment to healthy living and nutrition.
We are committed to the communities where we operate. As part of this commitment, we invest in improving the quality of sport and health facilities with the objective of building a lasting legacy.
